Some quality kit although a lot of it is now fashionable rather than cutting edge. Customer service is very dependent on which staff member you get now. When asking about a the new Quest 4Ds one member of staff said "not sure probably lighter materials that won't last as long for more money". However a few days later I forced myself back into the shop and a young lad who had walked the Appalachian trail and obviously lived kit was amazing, knew the products and gave excellent advice.

We were after walking shoes and socks yesterday (Sunday) the young man that helped us was well informed, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The shoes we wanted were in stock and Cotswold price matched the shoes when we found them cheaper on another website. Would definitely return

The products available are good, but over priced. The gent on footware not 100% shore what he is doing and has favourite brands. No lift for disabled customers or push chairs. So not great for that. My partner only has one leg so not ideal.

Always high quality goods offering a good range of sizes. Nice layout with plenty of space. Staff informed welcoming and exceptionally helpful. My favourite outdoor shopping experience.

Good store, nice selection. Could be better organised (by category of clothing) but still navigable as it is (by brand). Top quality clothing, as in all Cotswold stores. Not much easy parking nearby (only 30 mins in the bays adjacent and there is only space for about 8 cars).
