Enjoyed a quiet, vegetarian cooked breakfast in here. Lovely coffee too to go with it. Staff were very friendly and not too intrusive. All Covid measures in place.

Not knowing much about Durham's eateries, we found ourselves here for a late lunch. Typical pub fare, served in a safe Covid-secure environment. Would definitely call again.

Great pub with very attentive staff, good selection of food and drinks, very good with track and trace and mask wearing and social distancing, I feel very safe in this pub.
There are so friendly and welcome probably the best bar in Durham and the price is cool
Well organised due to the virus. And the fish and chips were superb. The fish had a light and non greasy batter and was of a generous size.
Good bar service swift no complaints.
We popped in for a quick bite.nice and clean pretty fast service.food very tasty and fresh.wouldn,t hesitate to go back.
