What a lovely spot for a coffee and cake. The place was really charming, the stuff were super friendly & the courtyard was cosy. We didn't have cash only card on us. They allowed us to have our coffee first before we went to a cash machine. Definitely would go back.
Best cafe in Durham; whether it's for a quiet place to study, a quick chat over coffee with friends, or a hearty lunch with visiting parents. Filter coffee is a bargain and there is a wonderful tea selection. Cakes are also gorgeous, I cannot recommend the gluten free almond and orange cake enough!
Lovely little hidden away spot, perfect place to catch some breakfast. Really friendly staff, with great food and atmosphere. Very COVID safe too, plenty of seating available with the measures you'd expect. Definitely worth a look!
