Lovely place. Huge . So it felt very empty. Staff were helpful and welcoming. It's very clear where antibacterial stations are. Entry and exit points. I felt very safe, the staff have clearly taken the COVID19 healthband safety elements very seriously. However are still really lovely and welcoming despite the extra pressure.
A generous 3 for the decor but food was not the best and we had to ask for clean glasses. It wasn't busy but we felt a bit neglected
Cocktails were nice but our night was made by the waitress Alex the new covid rules are hard for all staff to police making every bar experience feel a bit aloof but Alex was spot on with rules at the same time of making us feel very welcomed. Very attentive. Thank you Alex x
I will be honest. I went here with low expectations as I wanted to eat else where but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The venue has been really well decked out and they are taking COVID very seriously.
Food was good, but at 8:30pm there was a load of drunks inside, social distancing was out of the window, no one queuing wore a mask and no staff wore masks or even a face shield either I know not a legal requirement but unpleasant when people are dealing with your food. Enjoyed it but wouldn't go back
Ordered bottle from menu... none left. Covid used as an excuse for bad stock control... Nachos... but no jalapenos. Covid blamed again... Also g/free options for one member of party very limited.
