Dropped the little boy off at pendle hill ski slope and decided to come for a drink and some food,  pub is lovely and homely, warm and friendly.
We ordered the trio of lamb chops. 
Cooked perfectly, slightly pink and great flavour, well priced too. 
If only I was more local because the ales on tap are ace I could crawl home instead of driving back to Manchester.

Called in for lunch today with my Wife, Mum and Brother.

We chose different meals and everything was first class across the board.

The food was hot, extremely good and plentiful.

I am looking forward to another visit, soon!

Another enjoyable early evening with a quality selection of traditional ales and excellent value for money home cooked food. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. We strongly recommend checking this lovely little village pub out.

Has always  when  we  go  to  the  swan  with  two  necks  the  food  and  service  is  excellent  .  Best  roast  beef  lunch  around  . Never  had  a  bad  one  yet  all the  times  we  have  been going   .  Cracking  proper  traditional  county  pub   with  open  fires  and  real  ales   my  kind  of  place  .  Highly   recommend.
