Not sure the landlord really wants customers.
Landlord needs to get a job he likes......
With the café closed we decided to come here instead. And to tell you the truth. I'm glad that the café was shut. What an excellent fish pie I had. Other half had a breakfast. He really enjoyed his food. A very busy pub.
Fantastic location , great food friendly staff
Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Do not go here.
Landlord made us feel incredibly unwelcome - made to sit outside despite half the pub being empty. Refused to serve us anything fresh on the menu at 7pm as it would be too much bother.
Good food. A few less potato and a bit more sauce in the fish pie would have been better but the sauce was delicious. Scampi and chips to be recommended
Great spot friendly staff lovely pint superb chips
Loads of character and great food
