I have a very bad experience with the receptionist to book appointment. 
Any time when I call everything is already booked,  I can not book appointment in advance,  I do not understand why,  because same people in this country are working and planing to see the GP or nurse.
On Monday when I want to book appointment I have been told to call on Thursday because the session is not open yet. 
On Thursday morning at 8:06 everything already was booked,  the lady who is working on the reception is very RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL she repeated all the time the same story that I shall call again and again and again to book appointment even if it is not urgent. 
I really don't understand how to make appointment without calling million times at 8 o'clock in the morning. 
It is ridiculous and unbelievable that working person can not make appointment in advance on the day which suits you. 
Thank you for giving me a headache and stress.

excellent doctors such as Dr sanghera and Dr fong who is special and genius.
However, appointments are difficult to obtain.  Receptionist sometimes do not get it!! Have difficulty in understanding nature of problem.
There is no privacy at surgery, you are telling your problems and everyone can hear you

Main problem is over subscribed due to immigration problems in southall.  People who pay their taxes should come first, asylum seekers and refugees should not come first.....this is the disaster in this country, people who landed here yestrrday or from Europe are given priority and free treatment and benefits....yet the ones who work and pay taxes are in the queue...  this country should learn something from dubai who put their people first

Worst receptionist is working in this clinic ! Dont know how to speak with people !   All time u call for appointment they always give you stress !!  Worst and no improvement !!!
