Few days back I gave bad review to gp surgery but this is not their fault they have more patients that’s why this place is more busiest. Staff trying to give their best but sometimes we react immediately and get upset. It is best thing they checking reviews of people and improving their services. The Dr. Bains she is really nice and calm person who keep an eye on staff and other team members. We should appreciate their hard work and be patient. Thank you
Thanks for the exemplary service rendered by your receptionist Manjeet as she immediately offered best option of dealing with my situation and promptly scheduled an appointment with the doctor that best suited my work situation. I am so happy with the services the health centre is providing with their patients and they give really good support to families. Thank you all staff.
Quite surprised by the negative reviews as it’s difficult to get a doctor’s appointment in general across all surgeries. I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and the receptionists, nurses and doctors are fantastic. Thank you for being here for me and family.
Bad service, dr V, very rude, he kicked me out saying he cant deal with my problems bcs he has lots of patients and to book another appt i even didnt spend there 10min, waited almost extra an hour for appt to dont solve none of my problems bcs of luck of knowledge and time. This is not how u treat people you re here to help... Avoid him
Very bad experience.Receptionist doesn’t want to listen to your problem. They feel our problem is nothing. Am I so idle to waste my 40 minutes just trying to get an appointment on the phone. When I go to the nhs directly they ask u to book an appointment. If we call and book and appointment they don’t give appointment. Secondly, they give you their own remedies to the problem. Like are you the GP? Southall NHS is the worst. We pay so much through our taxes and this is how we get treated . It is just once a year we have the need to see the gp and we have to struggle for that?
Dreadful for appointments. Dr's are really good hence my mum is still at this surgery for over 20 years just because of the brilliant Dr's. Appointment making is awful. Tell you to call in the morning for an emergency appointment just for my elderly mum to be turned down. Phones always busy. Staff are not very helpful with alternatives if can't book am appointment. They really need to do something about there phone system or they will loose loads of patients like this.
I am grateful to the reception staff for providing me with a last minute appointment with Dr Vadgama. The only criticism of the team I have is that Vadgama is abrupt and dismissive of my concerns, and I never want to be treated by this GP again.
Worst GP ever, Receptionists are racist and they also choose favourites. Dr is nice but the nurse is rude and unprofessional. Never available for appointments yet the GP is always empty.
This GP is totally worst Gp. No appointments are available and each and every time all phones are busy. They put still phone on hold minimum 10 min. The staff and all the receptionist are very rude, no helpful and even though doctors are not think about any emergency, serious, major condition and same things do with baby and children. In this GP many patients suffered their behaviour. I am every time straggle with doctor’s appointment for me and as well as my children. In this difficult corona time they said to me take your baby and go to the hospital if it is very emergency but we can’t give you any appointment. They are all the time busy with their food and gossip. Even they not prescribe enough medicine for children. It is very very bad GP.
Phones are always busy yet whenever imat the surgery, staff are reluctant to answer. So, itll be ringing for a while. Drs were good, but now unfortunately im not satisfied. Nurses, can only spend 3 mins to talk about one issue, for example if you have two cocerns, you got to choose the most sever and book another appointment for any ither concerns, which you may get the following month,subject to luck.
