I don't know how people have the courage to say not to be rude to the staff. Lady at reception is a total jerk. I went to register and asked where Iam from. I said Italy. She said do you have a legal UK visa? I said uhhmmm... no?? And she said sorry you are in the Country illegally and can't register you. I said if I rember geography Italy is in Europe,not in Asia. She was offended by my answer so I told her call the Police and the Home Office and tell them an illegal from Italy is here. Then she said I needed to provide proof of address as provisional or full license or bank statement. I went back the next day with provisional license , tenency agreement and passport and she said sorry no provisional license I said it was written in the document list she gave me. She said "give me'' the bank statement , I said you say "give me" to your sister. And I opened the account just yesterday and dont have a statement yet. Not happy with that yet she went through my passport page by page and said there is no proof of entry into the UK I said lady you are truly stupid. She said don't be rude I said I have to be rude when someone doesnt know that Europeans dont get their passport stamped inside Europe and such an idiot sits at reception of a Medical Center !!!! Only the NHS could give such people a job !!!
