i have a very bad experienced.I am pregnant and i have my all appointments with midwife at broadway healthcenter southhall so every month i was going that time my midwife mina she only check my blood pressure,my urine test and manage the file and than cheack my baby’s heart rate than she asked me i have a any question so i asked all question so she told me open your phone and google and than she search on google and than she told me read it so i need a read on google so why i m westing my time and come with midwife she needs to explain me all things .and than every 4 weeks coloum in our file some points so that appoitment time midwife explained to us but she is not explaining me only tick on my maternity notes so whats the meaning of going with midwife .i m 37 week pregnant that time needs to she explaning me regarding my delivery plan i m so worried about that so i have a lots of questions when i was asked question she told me search in google … very bad staffspecially midwife mina she also don’t know how to mesured fundal height i am a nurse so i know what is right she told me every time wrong number ……. i request you please help to all womens given best and good advice to help them pregnancy

Very very bad staff they I am in number 1 in queue and they hold my phone 1 hour and after they say we don't have any appointment I need appointment for my son they do this thing every time when I call the reception staff lady name is Tew Is very rude and bad
13/07/2022 @14:30 the asian old lady at reception with glass was extremely rude and discriminating. Very rudely spoke with me. I just gave my register form and that lady made to very rude and abusing. She is discriminating and didn’t tell me her name. You stupid lady need to know that you are there to help not to behave bad with new comer service users. You get paid because of us. May god teach you good in life.
Very unprofessional staff and don't have a clue how to talk to the customers speaks very rudely and never try to help, I have requested to re-reffer my daughter to Ealing hospital - Moorfields where she was discharged due to no show and you know what, doc has referred her to hillingdon hospital instead, he doesn't even bother to look at her history. Very unprofessional I don't know how he is practicing here and when I called the reception and told them to ask doctor to get it sorted they simply asked me to book an appointment which isn't available at all for the next 3 weeks. Very bad experience and not happy at all so please avoid coming to this GP, I'm looking to registered elsewhere
very bad GP in Uk, i never seen like this GP, Doctor said high blood pressure medicine in not important .
Very unprofessional. They Use Covid as a means of not seeing patients, how is a doctor supposed to diagnose without having a look at patients. Horrible staff too very rude, unhelpful and talk to you like you are some animal. Doctors here don't know what they are doing. You're probably safer googling you're symptoms.
Useless, unprofessional, they don't care about the patients. They have been prescribing the same corticosteroids cream for my 3 years old boy to apply for 3 months even when his case got worse they didn't care.
Simply awful. Very rude, unprofessional and untidy. Let's pray I'll be okay after had visited.
Good service, the doctor who examined is kind and gave us full details about the sickness and she’s very helpful.
