Went for an audiology appointment and they treated us well. The audiologist was very attentive and helpful explaining the procedure. The inside of the medical center was clean and tidy. But the outside was very dirty. People attending the medical center should avoid dumping their waste on the road. They have a free car park. Overall positive experience.
Some of the receptionist are so rude and never really helpful.... while my mum was speaking they cut the phone. Very unprofessional. There's only one male guy on the reception that has been helpful.
This is a very busy practice so you have to be patient when calling for an appointment. However they have a call back service, for example, if you are number 20 in the queue, just request a call call back and you will receive a call when it is your turn. It's that simple. This is a nice clean practice and the doctors and nurses are brilliant, polite and easy to talk to.
I thanks from the bottom of my heart to Ms Jaskirat Dhillon & Phisio Mohammad. Thank you so much for listening to my knee problem attentiatively & patiently.I felt comfortable to discuss the problem without any hesitation. God bless you! Keep doing your good work!
Mr Mohammad was very professional, he took care of my mum and communicated very well. He understood and had good patience and listening skills when my mum was talking despite the language barrier. He explained to me thoroughly and in detail of the situation and was very understanding.
Hello their, I came last time to visit a doctor who operate only on Wednesday and is a physio doctor. He was so nice and good at his work and being so respectful in talking and dealt really well with patient. Definitely recommend jublie garden medical centre because of this doctor.
Efficient and attentive service. Thank you for your care. I've got appointment with the physiotherapist on the same day of request. Muhammed provided excellent care, explaining everything well. Happy with the service.
Saw Mohammed today was extremely helpful and explained everything and how I can manage my pain , truly grateful and thankful for all his help and encouragement throughout my first time session, a great asset to the physiotherapist department
Really disappointed with Jubilee Medical Centre! I am a wheelchair user and the lifts aren’t working. Doctor refused to come down and see me because of some law and doctor or reception didn’t even bother finding an alternative solution. This is discrimination against disabled people who can’t walk up the stairs. They are unsure when life will be working again and have made no arrangements for me to see a doctor. I have had problems with my throat and this situation is making me more stressed. If they continue to go on like this will have to consider suing. Absolutely appalling behaviour and disregard for disabled patients.
Mohammed Omar has been very helpful and with my back injury. Always kind and friendly! And Always postivite which is great for me as a patient& i’m very thankful!
