Can never get an appointment. Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I wish I can give 0 stars. Terrible from top to bottom. Arrive 1min late and they make a huge fuss, arrive 10mins early and wait 40mins to be seen. Avoid!

I called 45 times in 19 minutes 08:00hrs morning the number was always busy ,latter when I get hold of the receptionist said no appointment for the patients, as usual no appointments. Waste of time

Very bad service! Never been to any gp this unprofessional, the receptionists are extremely unfriendly . Some doctors are very rude! They should replace some of their receptionists and doctors or at least train them how to be professional and how to deal with patients!

I moved from featherstone clinic to this gp because i was always fighting to get tests done and so much medical negligence! When i moved here i was very happy with the staff and the doctors because all tests i needed were done and found out so many medical problems that i was suffering now 2 years on i still do not have a problem with the doctors but the receptionist is horrible there is just one i have a problem with i think her name is shabnam because thats what i was told when i called back to ask! No manners at all doesnt look like she wants to be there! Other receptionist are brilliant never have i never had a problem with them! To the ill mannered woman if you dont like you job leave!
