Nasty receptionist shamila or watever her name is refused to book me an appointment due to no slots beeing available told me to call back later for a appointment slot but now its been 2 days still trying..... was told to make an appointment at 8am but been trying to call, answer machine saying they are closed call back at 8am???????

Stay away from Dr zaheer nadir. I think that's his mane chubby guy with glasses worst doctor ever don't know nothing cheap an cheerful place not advising to go as nothing takes place waste of time

I have never seen such a disorganised GP surgery. Trying to get test results is a complete nightmare. I was admitted to a hospital in another area and had most my treatment there, the hospital informed me that my GP would have the results and I could get further treatment at my GP surgery. When I go to the GP they tell me that because the hospital is in another borough they don't liaise with them so they cant provide further treatment. I find that absolutely ridiculous, the hospital spine system is linked with GPs as long as you're being treated by the NHS. Now telling me that you can't help me and there's no test results without further investigation is an absolute joke. I'm appalled with this type of behaviour.

My mother is a patient at this surgery - she has received the best care from Doctor Mubarak. I wish I lived locally to access this surgery. Dr Mubarak is excellent, her people skills are excellent, her communication the best I have experienced as a 60 year old myself. I rate it very highly and my respect for her is enormous.
