Service is starting to seriously fall. Ask any staff member for help and they simply aren't bothered, reception used to be fantastic but no one seems to care about the patients anymore. If you have a serious condition and are looking for a good solid GP defo look elsewhere, this used to be the best in the area in my opinion but certainly not anymore, service in every single sector is almost at 0/10.
Dr. Botros is a lovely man but leads a very blase attitude. He often leans on google to find a suitable medicine. His lack of care and ability to care for my child and their well-being was outrageous. The reception staff are all fantastic. It is a shame that we had to leave the surgery because of his negligence.
My GP for the last 12 years,and how much i miss my old GP and my great Doctor Boutrous and the lovely reception Staff.
Nice and clean place with friendly and polite staff. Dŕ Botros himself a nice guy who's always willing to help you.
I have been with this medical centre since 1998. What can i say, I & my Family wouldn't change our Doctor "Dr Botros" for the "World".
No good gb if you request medication you will never get and you may have some missing medication i have never seen like this gb
Dr botrus never try to figure out what you have or to do further assessment, he always says go home
