Dr. Botros deserves no star at all. each time I called him about my sickness, he said to me wait for some more time, it would get cured by itself. such a ridiculous treatment and advice i got from him. why I would be calling a doctor if anything is not so serious? i have never got any satisfied answer from him regarding all my health related question. I would strongly advise people known to me, not to go to him .he is such a big time waster

Nice and clean place with friendly and polite staff. Dŕ Botros himself a nice guy who's always willing to help you.

Dr. Botros is a lovely man but leads a very blase attitude. He often leans on google to find a suitable medicine. His lack of care and ability to care for my child and their well-being was outrageous. The reception staff are all fantastic. It is a shame that we had to leave the surgery because of his negligence.

My GP for the last 12 years,and how much i miss my old GP and my great Doctor Boutrous and the lovely reception Staff.
