The last 2 review comments describe this NHS surgery to a T. The receptionists treat patients like dirt. The GP's are great - all of them that I've had dealings with. I've tried complaining to the higher authorities, but I might as well have saved my breath for all the good it did me.

Worst appointment system I have ever encountered. You need a week to book an emergency appointment in this surgery or may be they do not even know the meaning of emergency.

It's a very busy surgery, not helped by patients not understanding good behaviour. As some of the reviews prove! They have always dealt with me professionally and appropriately. I've always had them as my Doctors, even when I'd moved out of the area. They may have not saved my life, yet,; but they have improved the quality of my life. They are a very busy surgery, and they do occasionally have to enforce the rules. So when you're waiting you witness the liberties some people try to take. I've been on the receiving end of such disappointment, but I appreciate they have to cater for a lot of people, and understand. They provide a vital service to the community and I wouldn't want to be without them in my life.

Though this Surgery is very busy but with the experienced Front Office staff, they are still managing to get us appointments within reasonable time slot. Despite all, they are really very polite, helpful and there are lot of improvements including sending confirmation of appointment by Text message and offering the appointment with the Doctors to whom we prefer to.
