EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. If you are not Indian they will not treat you correctly. My mother is elderly and has to wait for me to call and make her appointments and every time they answer after 15+ minutes waiting being first in the queue they give you two three word response and end the phone whilst your still TALKING. Absolutely outrageous staff members AVOID THIS GP AT ALL COSTS
The worst experience I have faced in this practice today 16/7/2024 no consideration for fellow patients. Extremely dismissive staff and if you phone them the will purposefully end the call whilst your trying to arrange an appointment, I’ve had to come to the actual GP to book an appointment only for the staff to be rude and insisting I’m not a patient.
**"Negligence and Lack of Duty of Care!!!!!!!!!!! I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and exhaustion due to the negligence and lack of duty of care exhibited at this surgery. For the past four years, I have been waiting for a medical letter to prove my illness. Despite my condition deteriorating, my requests have been met with indifference and obstruction. The abuse of authority and failure to perform basic duties are shocking. This negligence is contributing to the decline of the NHS. It is unacceptable that while GP practices remain underutilised, hospitals are overwhelmed. This is a direct result of GPs like mine failing to do their job. Every attempt to obtain this letter has been met with unnecessary difficulties. I am exhausted and tired of this ill treatment. The public deserves better, especially as we approach a general election. It's time for accountability and real change in how healthcare services are provided.
The staff at the reception is not cooperative as they are supposed to be and the way of deling with the new registration is very rude , i would not suggest anyone to get registered with the guru nanak GP , woodlands road , southall
this GP surgery is utterly unprofessional and rude. Receptionists and Manager have no idea on how to speak nicely to patients. Cutting calls on patients faces is a normal thing for them. Despite calling in at 8am we get told there are no appointments available. They tell complete lies, give false information and do everything possible to make things as bad as they possibly can. This GP practice should get shut down or all receptionists and managers need to be replaced with well mannered and professional employees.

Lady sitting at reception is way rude. She spoke to my dad very rudely. He asked he has an appointment and she she argued with him for 10 min. Saying if you’ve booked an appointment, he told yes I have a text message confirmation. She replied text message is not an appointment that you booked, you should say you have a message. Free 10min of argument on the same topic she said there’s no appointment, they might have booked in by mistake. The lady sits at home and book wrong appointments everytime. Then she said don’t come to guru Nanak medical centre when you’re patient from Botwell medical surgery. Botwell medical surgery asks that before signing contract we mentioned already that you might have to go there. To Southall medical centre ‘“ we are not happy to come there ourself, he had to come in cab there” and at the end you guys sent him back home. RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR, SO UNPROFESSIONAL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’m registered patient and from one year here and Assistant of GS Singh GP She is really bad way to speak and she never understands anyone and I will Fill complaints against her Because she didn’t give a appointment to us and she always speaks like that we also recorded call for legal and monitoring purposes. If in any chance she has anything with her health issues.I will go NHS Complaint,Ombudsman everywhere if fill GS sing Asistant Name in police civil citizenship court I will go there if my wife has anything’s I have all call recording’s.
Third class service We call for appointment and she said call next week since 3 weeks she answered like this totally third class GP service totally west of money.
Having been the families local surgery for more than 40 years, i can truly say this practice has gone extremely downhill. Really bad service and zero consideration for the patients who may be suffering and in pain. Always told to call back at 8am the next day to book an appointment, can never book an appointment otherwise. Even then sometimes the GP will call at a different time than the one arranged so you will end up missing the appointment. You then receive a text message from the GP to say that you can speak to a pharmacist or rebook and the cycle just repeats itself. Will definetly be changing GP soon after this much bad service.
