Staff in both the museum and gift shop were very friendly. Due to some delays we were unable to arrive on time for our pre-booked ticket, but there were no problems with allowing us to come in with the next group as if we bought tickets normally. We had a nice chat with some staff members, and the explanation they provided on exhibitions was amazing. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

As a Sherlock Holmes fan, I enjoyed the visit a lot. The museum was slightly smaller than my expectation, so buying a ticket online is recommended.nThere was a tour guide introducing the background of the first two rooms, and then people were allowed to visit at their own paces. The souvenirs were also quite cute.nOverall, it is definitely recommended if someone is a Sherlock Holmes fan, particularly those who enjoy the original books because the elements are more relevant to the original stories, although there were a few items from the movies.
