I’ve given 3 stars due to the price of entrance. I think £25 a year is excellent if you live in London and you plan on visiting again throughout the year but we don’t and probably won’t visit again. Not because we didn’t like it but there’s only so much you can see and learn. Besides this very informative clean and helpful staff. Loads of children there they really enjoyed going on the buses and learning new things
A very large and detailed museum showing London's transportation history. Good place to see transportation history. A must visit. The gift shop has a wide variety of items. It is a good idea to arrive early to be able to tour comfortably.
Great museum with lots of exhibits. Bought a annual pass. The cafe is a great place to have a rest with great food.nnLots for children to do during the holidays.nPlan to go back when it's not half term.nnPersonally I prefer the Acton depot.
London Transport Museum is really cool, there is something for everyone. It's really awesome to see the history of the tube and how important it has been to London over the past 150+ years. I loved looking at the historical advertisements - my favorite is included in the review.
Interesting look at the history of London transport through the ages. Very good for educating children on how the different modes of transport have developed with technology. There is a cafe and toilets on site. Adults pay for entry, while children upto 17 are free. Advisable to book entry times before your visit so that you are not disappointed on busier days.
