A wonderful hotel run by lovely people. We've just returned from a weekend here and it was perfect. The hotel has great facilities: a lovely bar and restaurant, a garden perfect for relaxing in, wifi etc. Everything we needed. The nearby underground parking was also very easy. The room we were in (Bali room) was really beautiful, as well as comfortable. Generally, what we loved most about this place was the personal touches. So much care and effort has gone into the place and the staff were just great. Nicole was very welcoming and helpful throughout the weekend. It's also right on the seafront in a perfect location five minutes walk from the pier. Thoroughly recommended.

Needing a base whilst a family member was in nearby hospital.first time at St Leonards. Max , Chris and all the staff were very generous and kept us all comfortable, and we’re flexible to our changing needs.such lovely people! South America is tasteful and elegant without being overbearing and looks out to the sea. Waves gently clapping in the night was soothing.all the trappings of a romantic night and then some. Bali is cool and private looking into a serene garden seating area.booked an extra night as my mom loved it! Morocco is a treat with an adventurous spiral staircase to a mezzanine bedroom.. my 7 year old was thrilled and chilled. We enjoyed a late film night with her choice of dvd from the video library outside Bali. Last minute dinner? No problem.. reserved by Max at La Bella vista.5 minute walk. Great service. Located on sea front for sea lovers..parking was booked for us. We found lots of disabled spaces at warrior Square. Must return..thanks for a great stay.

This such a lovely boutique hotel. Well-maintained, spotlessly clean rooms. Amazing views. We loved it here. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicole was really warm and friendly when I arrived. She answered all my questions about where to go to eat in the evening. The room (Bali) was small but had everything we needed. Really comfortable bed and a big shower. There were some homemade biscuits in the room and the breakfast was yummy! We sat and ate it looking out to sea from the dining room. My boyfriend and I asked for a late check out cos we didn't want to leave! Zanzibar has other rooms to try too and we're already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful place... what a find! I'd heard Hastings and St. Leonards were up and coming but I didn't expect such a gem of a hotel! I've travelled the world and can honestly say the attention to detail, the hospitality, the exquisite decor and the views are up there with the best of them! Will definitely be going back!

I had high expectations after reading reviews, and i was not disappointed. The whole stay was so relaxing and i felt so looked after from the moment i stepped in. The staff were great and the room was so unique and quirky. I stayed in the African room with the the Jacuzzi, i spent most of my time in there looking out the bathroom window to the sea. I highly recommend this hotel and have already booked another stay next year.
