Had the loveliest time staying here. Ian and Beth (the owners) and staff are very welcoming and helpful. They make you feel at home. Breakfast is very generous with a nice variety to choose from. Room we had was warm and cosy. Close to the seafront. Would choose this accommodation again if we come back to the area.

Couldn't fault this place at all. We stayed for one night over Easter weekend, super friendly welcome and during our stay, our room was spotless and very comfy (including extremely comfy dressing gowns!!!), really nice bathroom, nice atmosphere in the bar and the breakfast was first rate! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Family run enterprise with a very high class feel and great attention to detail. Breakfasts are out of this world and definitely set you up for the exploring the picturesque local landscape.

Friendly staff, great rooms, delicious breakfast! All of which is very near the beach and old town. Lovely experience, would stay here again happily. Will be recommending!

Absolutely wonderful place with incredible breakfast. You are looked after very well by attentive owners. Close to St Leonards and a nice walk along the prom to Hastings Old Town.
