I visited here on Saturday 24th Feb, and i enjoyed every aspect of my time here.
To start with, the place is visually stunning, very classy and done out to a high standard. 
The bad area has seating and plenty of space for standing and a good selection of drinks. 
Then the food, I haven't eaten anywhere as nice. I had scallops starter and full lobster main. My partner had the fillet steak. We both said it was the nicest lobster and steak. May be my only criticism is I thought the lobster could have been a bit bigger, considering I'd ordered the full lobster.

The staff are polite and attentive, and cater to every Thing. I honestly felt like a celebrity! 

This is a place where you need to dress your best, and always expect around a £150 bill if you want a full course and a few drinks for 2 people.

I will definitely come back here for any major occasion I may have. Loved it.

Eaten here a few times and brought a party of 14 here for a birthday meal and wasn't disappointed.  Excellent food and service.  Would recommend eating upstairs as it's a little more private , will be returning.

Visited here on Friday evening with my parents. Seated upstairs which was nice and quiet, the downstairs restaurant seemed rather noisey. The old post office building is beautiful and the display of wines as you enter the venue is impressive. Staff were  very polite, attentive & knowledgeable. There could maybe have been an extra vegetarian option on the menu, but that said, all of our meals were nice. Portion sizes were plentiful and we were all nicely full. In total for four starters, mains, several sides, beers, a bottle of champagne & coffees was £265 which we were happy with. We would definitely visit here again. Thank you.

I have been here many times and am always pleased. The restaurant is in a beautiful room with high ceilings in the old post office near the train station. I have recently moved to a vegan/Plant Based diet and while a bar and grill may not be the best place to go for food they were able to modify their menu so I could easily eat something. Would be nice if they had some vegan food on their menu (grilled veg etc) but it is still a great food venue. Perfect for entertaining people or if you just fancy a great quality meal that is reasonably priced.

Service was good, the food I would say was OK, not amazing, which is why think it is very overpriced for what you get
