Good service and enjoyable food. A well designed space with a good view into the kitchen; always nice to see your food prepared... As with all TGI Friday's, it has a well stocked, and staffed bar. Good for couples, small and large groups and special occasions.

Been there a few times, their ribs are yummy 😋. Interesting that the group has a policy not to have or stock butter. So when ordering corn on the cob don't expect to be able to get butter. I found this very strange and unfortunately the way the cob is cooked it comes our very dry not my style. For the rest it's a great eat.

Some staff are very friendly, but the establishment is way under-staffed. Very slow service for taking orders, bringing them out and getting the bill. The wrong dish was brought out which had to be swapped. The food was very average, in all honesty I've had better microwaved meals at Wetherspoons. A lot of food left out on the pass just sitting there going cold, waitresses stood around talking to another rather than bringing out dishes. The menu leaves something to be inspired with lots of small portion sizes for a high price. They always seem to be changing around the menu at TGI Fridays, and it seems a lot of options have been removed for much blander dishes. The cocktails are nice however also take a long time to be brought to the table, as well as being extremely expensive. Overall, it is an extremely average chain restaurant. There are better ones out there where you get more for your money, that are probably less crowded and noisy. Perhaps fine for drinks if you have the money, but the food not so much.

Started off a little poorly, there was a dirty knife on the table when we arrived and one of our starters was incorrect, (both issues were sorted quickly) after that everything was fine. Good food, great service. Despite the initial ropey start all ended well and we had a good time.

Love the staff here always friendly we had a newbie serving us tonight on her first shift her name was Olivia Morris she was very friendly and served us in a reasonable amount of time. Our other server was called Andrew he was great too very friendly and can have a joke lovely place to eat and reasonably priced.
