Very happy that this new Indian restaurant has opened in Wellington Street. I think the Shabab brand is not new to the area but this location is trying very hard and should be a classic. The food was excellent and the service very attentive. My haddock starter was really tasty see picture and my Jalfrezi main was good. We will certainly visit again when we are in this area of the city.
A nice little old school restaurant selling Indian and Pakistani cuisine. Used to be on Eastgate many years ago, great to see them back. Same owners, lovely people.Food: 5/5
So happy that Shabab has reopened after what feels like a long time. Have missed the excellent food & service. Tried others in their absence, but nothing compared. Lovely to see familiar faces. Will be back soon....m

Mix starter for 2 Taga taga lamb. 2nd time I've been since reopening, amazing food each time the lamb both time just crumbles off the fork and favours are amazing.Food: 5/5
Very well decorated and good furnishings. Food was cold on arrival, 2 orders did not come and we had to ask for it. Meals came out very staggered. Waiters very inexperienced. Waiters were disrespected by the way they were spoken to.
Lovely come back! Their menu is splendid and I highly recommend it for authentic desi cuisine The family naan was absolutely delightful. Highly recommend their takatak chicken, amritsari machchi , garlic mushroom and samosas Lovely atmosphere Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes to choose from .. Chat items are nice Kid-friendliness: My daughter was greeted by all the staff there and she enjoyed walking about the place. Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately there were steps there and I couldn't take the stroller up on its own ..so we had to lift it up not accessible
This Place has no good hygiene, the food is not cooked properly and the owner speaks down too staff walst me and my family try too enjoy our meal. Staff are miss treated and no one receive's wage slips, holiday pay or contract. The business shut down near Train station for unpaid tax and hygiene standards where ones who shut them down. Any business owner should know these rules but seems too be above the laws. Anyone who goes for food or a job should be aware of these things.
