I am happy to live close to the range Harlow as it does come in handy however I was disappointed this week when we purchased a discounted item and the staff are not trusted to put these through the till, only the manager who was busy and ended up 10 min wait with queue buildup it was not an expensive item only £5. Would be much better for the staff to be trusted to put through these discounts - happier staff and happier customers. Trust your staff.

It's usually very good- but on occasion the products can be very cheaply made. I also had an issue where I tried to buy a cup- which was glass. The cashier cracked it hitting it against the till and then handed it to me turned around in the hopes I wouldn't notice. I did however and she went very quiet and moody. Don't know why you can't just be honest? Other than staff issues and a few cheap products it's a nice fun store to attend.
Purchased a pair of Tiffany lampshades from the range. The price seemed quite low and I was concerned about the quality of them. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, they look amazing in my living room. Would definitely shop at the range in the future.
If giving zero stars were possible, I would. The customer service here is abysmal. The staff were idly chatting instead of assisting customers. I was charged double the displayed price. The price tag indicated I had the correct item, but the staff insisted otherwise. When I raised this at the customer service desk, the blonde-haired, glasses-wearing employee responded with a flimsy excuse that contradicted the price tag and receipt. She then became patronizing when I pointed out there were no other price tags. While I understand mistakes happen, a simple apology would have been appreciated. The manager needs to reassess their hiring standards if lazy and poor attitudes are acceptable. Personally, If I had only achieved a sales position In the range as my career path, I would have a better attitude. Also you should really organise a price sweep seeming as everytime I go in, there is always either no price tags or it’s wrongly displayed.
