Came in to buy item and wanted to use my one 4 all card and the server man with long hair was adamant it couldn’t be used in store and wasn’t helpful . I found this strange and contacted Screwfix customer service later on and they told me it can be used to make purchases in store . Totally wasted my time and you may want to train your staff to know the correct information .nnUpdate : customer service reached out to me and were very professional and helpful in resolving my issues
Fabulous customer service and hospitality from Kelly today. Thank you Kelly for the hot take away coffee and warm home made brownie. These were very welcome on a bitterly cold cold morning.
It’s best store for all accessories and plumbing materials. Can’t beat them they always have stuff in stock.
OK. I would prefer to wait for my closer store at Thornwood to have the item back in stock. This choice was not offered.
