I use screwfix daily and all over the country, this is by far the slowest and poorest in terms of service. Most branches have a smile on their face, not this one, and don't think you'll get quick service, you won't.

Went into screwfix earlier today and was served by Kelly. She was so lovely and kind. I had no idea what I was getting as was for my boyfriend but she definitely made it a lot easier ! Great customer service!

I had a great experience this morning. The woman who served me was friendly and showed me all available products. I made a decision and waiting for about 3 minutes, when the item came, the man who gave me the product asked if I would like help to my car. This shows the quality of customer service. Really happy to start my Friday now. Thanks
