I went too return an item, however the manager /supervisor of the store was unhelpful when I asked what could be done if I’m not able too return she replied ‘nothing’ when I asked for her name she said it was not necessary As someone who works in retail I understand the importance  of customer service and this was really disappointing.

Nice range of clothes at reasonable prices and very helpful staff

New look is my favorite shop. You can buy good quality clothes and they always have many sales offers

I'm an online shopping kind of gal and I almost never shop at New Look but today I had time to spare at the town so I popped in. To my surprise I found a few things I liked and one of them even fit me so I bought it. I was pleasantly suprised by the service as I either get pounced on or totally ignored in shops but the staff in there managed to find the balance that was just right for my liking. I was aknowledged but left to browse at my pleasure with the staff never too far away should I have needed help. The shop was quiet so there was only one cashier who was busy serving a lady so I didn't mind to wait but then a colleague jumped on the till just to serve me as there was no-one else waiting. I must admit it made me feel appreciated. She has initiated conversation that was appropriate and not too pushy so I left the store rather happy. Just the right kind of service!

Vastly overpriced items Never very busy now because of cheaper competitors .Staff are miserable and unhelpful.

I do like a wander around New Look . I have spoken to the girls about the lack of bigger sizes . Frock night is always Wednesday night

Lots of empty rails and not a lot of size selection on my last visit.  The place looks as if it needs a make over...looked as tired as I was.  Maybe short staffed, if so it showed.

Easy to get around. Friendly staff
