I visited HomeSense shop today to return some unwanted items and experienced an extremely unpleasant and discriminatory situation. The manager or manager assistant, a lady with long dark brown hair, treated me horribly over an issue with one of the item numbers. Despite having paid for 15 items, she insisted on checking the CCTV footage because the item was apparently not on the receipt. This is not my problem, I paid for all the items. Her approach was disrespectful and ignorant. She made me wait over five minutes while she checked the CCTV footage, and when she finally returned, she offered no explanation or apology. The staff’s behavior was very rude and disrespectful, especially as soon as they heard my accent. This kind of treatment is disgusting and unacceptable. I felt discriminated against and humiliated. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service at this shop. I expect better from a professional establishment and hope appropriate actions will be taken to address this behavior.
The sales are flowing. This store has some unique and wonderful ideas for gifts or for your own home! I love coming here!

Love it in Homesense. To be honest, the furniture is getting ridiculously expensive, but I let them get away with it because its so original. You can literally buy anything here, from pasta to paintings. Love it!
Great store on ground and first floor for home accessories , bathroom accessories, bedding, some furniture. Customer lift available. No customer toilets. No cafe. Plenty of parking including disabled parking outside the store.
Love this shop, you find lots of amazing stuff for your house.
