I work for Bunnings and thought people would like to know what Bunnings looks like, they have a children's play area and a coffee shop a fantastic garden centre,a tool hire shop, key cutting service, Hertz van hire if you need one or a delivery service as well as huge range of products for the trades man and the diyer beginer or nearly professional.
I hade some plywood cut to size! It's a perfect place! Pretty much everything you can find to build things. Perfect for DIY and professional builders.

Brilliant, fabulous! Thank you Bunnings for taking over Homebase. The store has everything you could ever need, the staff are friendly, the prices are very reasonable. Great cafe, play area for the kids too. A new , exciting store for Harlow.
We visited today to get some pieces for a pet enclosure. We needed some of the wood cut and the staff were more than happy to do it exactly as we wanted. When it came to purchasing some nails to fix it all together we were helpfully advised that screws would be better. There's a huge range here, the best I've seen out of all the DIY stores and very competitive prices. Very impressed.
This is my favourite store in Harlow right now. All the staff seem happy to be a part of the company. I always get the help I need and people are always on hand to offer. Compare this to B&Q which has about 1 member of staff available for the whole store. The prices are very cheap and generally cheaper than wickes apart from a few items.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and there seems to be more than was in the old homebase. The range of products has massively increased and variety of products within those ranges also. So happy that we've now got a reliable well stocked store for the home handymen and DIY'ers. Well done Bunnings!
The layout is similar to other DIY retail outlets but whereas most are staffed by under-motivated, half-dead zombies the people at Bunnings are the complete opposite - friendly, helpful and genuinely cheerful. Great selection of keenly priced stock and all easily located in huge aisles. Will use whenever possible.
I purchased a gold coloured light dimmer switch recently and discovered that I also needed a back box to match along with another dimmer switch which cost £17.50. So I returned to the Harlow store again today. As I could not find the item and after searching in vain for help I headed to the information desk and waited with one person in front of me. Two assistants were at the desk, one, the female was assisting the person in front of me. The other,male, was busy making sure he didn't make eye contact and after several minutes I gave up and left. I won't return in a hurry!
The staff were really friendly. But they over charged us for an item. Then after being very unorganized being past onto different people it turns out they can't deliver until the end of the month because they only have ONE delivery driver and he's on holiday.
