We went is about attaching a seat to our pram which they no longer did but told us where to get the attachment from and how to fit it and that a part on the pram had nothing to do with attaching the seat. Anyways we got the part and attached it the way we was told and our new born almost fell out the pram with the seat. After fiddling with it for 30mins in the rain, the part that apparently had nothing to do with the attachment came apart to secure the attachment in place so it keeps the seat secure. This store couldn't advise us on there own product and are meant to advise us for the best and safest way to fit seats etc. There advice almost caused injury to a 10 day old newborn.

Helped me setup my pram which came without instructions. Staff were very friendly and polite. Brilliant service!

Went to a early morning session on Sunday morning with demos of pushchairs, car seats, cots and some brief first aid. Staff were excellent, they put on food, drinks and provided goody bags. Excellent service would recommend.
