Great first time experience buying from this store. Staff were on point, layout was great, it really gives off a good atmosphere.nnI do feel however there could be more interaction whilst on the floor, even as you walk in just having someone greet you would make the experience so much more incredible and exclusive for the customer experience side of the business.nnWould be awesome to be asked if we need anything etc, I know it’s not all customers taste to be asked that however it helps convert those who genuinely would walk out because they wasn’t sure, other than that I cannot fault this store , it felt tidy and pleasant to be in and I feel these small and easy things to implement would have a huge benefit to the customers who walk in! Making it far superior than any similar businesses

Very handy to have local, loads of staff to help if you need it reasonably priced! Use this place quite a lot, huge ranges of tools and all visible to see and get a feel rather than a Argos vibe! Will be using a lot more
