Always have what you require , if not usually come the day after if you're not organised. Fairy quick with letting you know when ready to collect. Quick and polite staff
Looked on their website to see if they had what I wanted and took a screenshot. Walked into the store, showed the guy the picture on my phone, picked up something else at the counter, gave him my postcode and paid. Easy transaction, brilliant service and no touch screen tablets to check in with first before waiting for my items. No hassle with parking, easy to get back out on the main road too, despite it being Sunday morning.
Absolutly Excellent customer service.
Staff are brilliant and always helpful at Harlow, but god I hate the Toolstation website with a passion. There's so much wrong with it, my two biggest gripes are the truly awful search facility and no means to easily check stock of an item in nearby stores without manually selecting different branches.
Been using this store for years Staff are really helpful and friendly. Free drink. Good parking. Prices are very reasonable. And a big thank you for the outstanding work during the lock down.
Good quality items, good location of store but very bad customer service. People who work there are very young without training or skills!!! I have ordered few times through clic and collect service and always had something wrong, not what I ordered! My advice - do not leave store until you check if you have what you paid for.
Friendly staff, great prompt service. Used this place many times recently and never had any issues. Great selection and prompt next day service if needed.
I have used the Harlow branch numerous times during the lockdown. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. No sooner have I placed an order I have a text confirming it is ready to be collected. Staff are always happy and willing to answer any questions. Would've been lost without it during lockdown.
