It's ok but the staff are fairly unhelpful and have no product knowledge. 3 or 4 times I've been here and asked staff questions and no one actually knows what the purpose of the majority of the products do or know nothing about their functionality.
Well I have a trade card so why wouldn't I use wicks for all the jobs I do up and down the country there is a wicks in most towns I have to complete jobs in go prices and normally well stocked just down load the App so you can check the stock well worth clicking and collect to make your experience is seamless
Thanks to Dawn at Harlow for help with the aerosol spray paint cans. I hope her manager sees this as she was super helpful and very friendly.
Went B&Q didn’t have any stock walked over to wickes they had 5 items on the shelf ..was better lay out and more helpful staff in wickes..won’t go back to B&Q it’s not what it once was
Store is very well laid out and products were priced well. Only reason for 4 star is I wanted to speak to member of staff and there was no one around and the toilets are closed not good if you have to spend any time in there
Poor click and collect service. After waiting 90 mins in vain for the text to say my 3 items were ready I decided to attend the store to expedite the matter. I was told that a tin of paint that I ordered was not in stock and that the refund would take 3-5 days! I went into the store to buy a substitute. Low and behold the original paint I wanted was on the shelf for an extra £1. Overall very poor customer service. Off to Screwfix next time!

Unreliable! AVOID using their delivery service at all costs if you want your projects to run on time. Called me at 4:45PM on Friday and came up with some story about broken down vehicle, then pushing the delivery to Wednesday next week. What am I supposed to do with the trades that have been booked in, tools that have been hired and meticulously scheduled works? Surely business of this size would have multiple vehicles and could still honour their commitments? Lady on the other end of the phone was pushy and rushed to put the phone down, all she said was that it is not in their hands. They are clearly cannot be bothered about their customers.
You know I use wickes all the time, my second home but the staff are kind of untrained and seemed flustered when I asked them where the paint was and they told me to go walk round the store and find it well I went looking for it and turned out 15 minutes of looking around, they were out of stock! Love it, so ended up leaving and going B&Q for some paint. But enjoy the 4 star wickes.
