Ok place clean and tidy toilets there too and cafe. Lady was on her own serving hot chocolate was a bit cold. Prices have gone up was looking at the Xmas decorations and they wasn't that great very expensive for Xmas tree ones

The store itself is nice and has got everything you need, slow checkout service and even slower customer service, waited 35 minutes to exchange a jumper because only 1 member of staff was able to do it and they were blowing up balloons?? Train more staff.

Very poor and inflexible customer service. Tried to return an own brand product labelled therefore the required proof of purchase according to the applicable legislation that was faulty for a replacement. No receipt, so a "search was needed on their computer", even though it was a cash purchase, so I'm not sure what they would be looking for. Fair enough though, that's their policy, but they can only do that on a weekday apparently, because they are too busy at weekends to do it. It was not busy. I now have to go back again in the week and felt thoroughly disappointed and annoyed. Thank you for spoiling my only day off this week.

Good store but on last visit very busy, most staff were miserable being disabled & asking for help with a buggy staff refused, unlikely to return around Christmas. Otherwise good bargains & value for money.

Always decently priced and good stock levels. Shelf edge pricing could be better. Expect queues at busy times.

Very well kept, tidy aisles and great prices on almost everything you need for the home. Large store that is easy to navigate with lots of offers and promotions on various items. Also a good cafe on site. Very good.

After previously having coffee at the Cannock Dee Dee's cafe we decided to try one of there Turkey & Stuffing baps for lunch well how disappointed was we I was left unable to even bring myself to eating mine & my sis had to also leave her's what looked lovely on a pic was totally not what we had. After a wait of 20 mins a bap that had seen better days was what was served accompanied by two very thin sliced of processed turkey, stuffing that was tastless & hard & all round very very poor. On making a complaint & asking for an email to complain at no point was there a sorry or the offer to replace & at £4.95 each bap I found this a disgusting way to run a cafe. 1* is all I could give that was for a coffee I drank. Will never eat there again & will not recommend to anyone else.

Great shop but give that cafe a miss....all you save in the shop gets taken back in the cafe if you ain't very careful

Great shop full of all sorts.  Quiet location and rarely gets over busy given its slightly out of the way location. Bring a pound for the trolley
