Had what I wanted at a discounted price Staff were great
Very helpful, they had slold out of what we wanted,but one of the staff, a young lady, phoned the sutton branch to see if they had item.,,which they had,and she asked them to hold it for us .We went straight away and picked it up,great. It was a flymo lawn mower, used it fantastic.
Full of products! Kitchen design service, projects for all rooms with accessories and building materials to. Large garden center with seasonal items, looks a bit dated in places but it's more DIY shop than showroom.
beware i looked at a tin of dulux paint today 2.5ltr for £21 after reading the coverage and having only a small area to cover a member of staff suggested i can mix you a smaller 1ltr tin of exactly the same colour thinking this was a good idea i was shocked at the till to be charged £20 for the same thing only one and a half times less paint. now im no mathematician but i think ive been ripped off.
This is a great place to get your DIY and garden items . There's always offers on emulsion paints too . Definitely cheaper than bq etc and parking is much better .
A fair layout of a typical homebase store, prices little higher than b&q without the wide range of DIY products. Range of furniture, kitchen and bathrooms was good. The major problem with the place was the loo. The cubicle had water on the floor, and just holes on the door where a hook used to be so no place to hang your coat up safely. When I flushed it became apparent where the water was coming from. The pipe that connects to the toilet was lose so waste water was leaking onto floor. This has been like it for months as the door and wall were actually rotting. Every part of the store should be presented in the best way possible...even the loo! I will not be making a return visit.
Very neat and tidy shop with clear aisles and easy to find products. Staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. Some prices are a little on the high side.
So much nicer than B & Q with much friendlier and knowledgeable staff complimenting better pricing.
Always a pleasure to visit this branch with a good array of quality of indoor and outdoor plants and the foods always good too
