Great service and Paul was exceptional. He guided us through all the different types of mattresses and made our decision really easy.
Didn't know what we were looking for in a mattress,but Gary took us through steps of the different types of beds and their costs. Gary put us a sleep master to assess our bed needs. Overall to purchase the double mattress was a pleasant experience.
Visited today staff were excellent, shop was spotless, no pressure to buy staff couldn’t do enough offered drinks and got excellent deal on bed and mattress and delivery
Found what we were looking for at a good price.Coudnt have done it without the help of Garry who was very professional and Caring to our needs well done and a big thankyou.
Mixed review as the staff member was very good unfortunately the bed combination inc headboard was £’s more than I eventually paid elsewhere - am aware of different qualities etc but we were comparing an ottoman bed and I am convinced there was not much difference in the quality, so I’m led to believe the price here is very much inflated .

Me & my Husband visited a couple of bed shops before going to Dreams Cannock. We were welcomed by a lovely member of the team, Gary! We discussed what we were looking for, and after the sleep test, we found the bed frame & mattress to suit our needs. Gary was a very helpful, attentive, professional & really friendly....not pushy at all. He left us to look at the beds in store, and was not too far away to answer our questions. Our bed was delivered when stated, and it didn't take us too long to put it all together. We absolutely love our new bed, and we can't thank Gary enough for all his help, finding us the perfect nights sleep. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Cannock store again in the future! We needed a replacement mattress today, so a trip to Dreams on Cannock Orbital. The sales assistant who helped us with our choice, gave us her expertise, thank you Kiran. Our old mattress will be taken away at a small cost. Overall a great experience Thanks again Kiran. Kind Regards Ron & Julie
