Had a mattress off from this company. we then had a replacement due to the mattress's fault, and then the same thing happened again, so we ring them and sent pictures, and thay say its because we sit on the bed who dont sit on there bed at some point and refusing to help us more we have spent alot of monny on a mattress that is terrible wouldn't recommend this company at all
In store service was excellent. George was a star. We were kept informed of the delivery date and times and on the day the delivery team called us twice to let us know when they would be arriving. Delivery team were magic and carried all of the boxes right to the bedroom, refusing help from us. I would not go anywhere else but Bensons for a bed now. The bed by the way is so perfect I don’t want to ever get out of it!
Great service from meet and greet all the way to the final sale which was dealt with by the manager himself. The sales team inc manager had great knowledge of the beds and knew exactly what we were looking for. Finally brought another bed from these has the other 2 we've brought about a year ago are still in excellent condition so decided to treat ourselves again to another for my son. Great discount also. Would highly recommend for quality and service
Delivery of a broken headboard leg was no problem as these things happen. Mattress protector not delivered either. New delivery date to correct and only the mattress protector arrived so we still have no headboard. Tried to call and got placed in a que of 93. After 30 mins I gave up! Emailed my issue and still no response.
Visited yesterday with the intention to buy a bed, however didn’t know anything about springs, softness and other factors. George the sales assistant was absolutely fantastic. I’m in sales my self and I hate being sold too. However George only consulted and advised and from that we found the perfect mattress for our needs. So thanks George.
In store staff is great however after sales customer service is horrendous and don't even try to claim against a faulty mattress on warranty. Customer care refuses to replace faulty mattress that is only 1 year old
The delivery staff were excellent Customer services rubbish.You changed the date fir yourselves but would not allow us to change it during to an urgent doctors appointment.Yiu gave a two hour time slop but turned up early meaning the cover we had to arrange had to rush there and one wasted their time because by arriving early both people were not required. Very poor customer service no empathy and no understanding of the customers issue.We will not be using you again
I received an email from you at 6.27am stating my bed will be delivered between 7:03-9:03. I was originally told i would receive a text message on the morning of delivery when i called your CS department to confirm delivery for 10.06.21 So i only received the email sorry but i don't check my emails at that time of the morning. When the drivers turned up, one of them was grumpy and stated why we were not ready for them. The other driver an Eastern European was very helpful. The bed was for my elderly parents so we didn't have the time to dismantle the divan and the "grumpy" man stated they would not take our old bed. The EE person helped and dismantled it and took it away. Your really need to review : 1 why no text message was sent 2 Conduct of your delivery drivers, as I don't like to start my day with grumpy people, when the fault is not mine.
Eventually choosing to accept a sofa bed was fine but testing and falling off it wasn't a good experience. Leaving with a bruise on head and pain to the right thigh. Asked surely the fall should be reported, no response. Didn't get asked if i need to sit with being embarrassed I walked out to get some air from feeling flustered and hot. I couldn't relax and went back instore as I also needed to order the sofa bed. I had to request a glass of water. Then was told I didn't look ok. Small bump developed on right side of head was only when i asked for water was mentioned to another colleague I had a fall into the wood/metal frame because the back legs were not put down. I purchased the sofa bed and another colleague Craig reported the incident over the phone this was on Monday 18th, asked me to report any further incident related issues to the store. I spoke with Emma who I purchased the sofa with and advised I have developed a sore ache pain to my right hand too who advised Craig will be in next day 20th April and will contact me. Now it is the 22nd April no response or follow up at this stage.
Suzanne the member of staff who helped us. Gave great advice & helped us to make the right choice for us. Very disappointed this time. We ordered our 3rd bed from bosons as they have always been brilliant in the past. Due to the first lock down it took ages to come which is understandable but when it came the mattress was wet through. & I mean soaked. It took ages & several phone calls to get a new one. Not impressed.
