The location of the store is great, with a large car park and other stores around closely. The store has everything you would find in any Argos, however some staff are terrible and disrespectful (as also stated by others on Google maps reviews), by being unhelpful and plain rude.

Shocking customer service from the store manager spoken to like I was something on the floor!! Never helpful told me I carnt return a jet wash when I can 12 months Argos returns policy... just been to Oldbury store who changed it straight away with no questions avoid at all cost !!!!

Great place to grab stuff. Friendly staff, good quick wait times and it has good wheelchair accessibility

Car parking in front of the shop so it's easy to pick up heavy items, convenience is key with this small store, seated area for waiting staff are helpful
