This is our third sofa that we have purchased from the Sofa Gallery and yet again we are over the moon with it. From start to finish the service was fantastic. Trevor took the time to walk us through the various designs and fabrics to ensure that we found the sofa perfect for us…and we did. The quality and craftsmanship are top notch, the materials are excellent and we were really pleased with the price. Special mention to the delivery guys. So pleasant, lay sheets down to cover the carpets as they brought the sofa’s in and even offered to give me a hand hanging the living room doors. The fact that we have been to the sofa gallery for the third time says it all. We genuinely would not go anywhere else.
Just wanted to say how absolutely thrilled we are with our new sofa and recliners. The whole process from first entering the showroom to delivery has been a great experience. No pressure from Trevor - although we took several visits and days to finalise what we wanted....I must say that the attention to detail was impressive - so patient and courteous. The furniture was on time and the delivery arranged to suit. The delivery was also stress-free as the carpets were covered and the utmost care taken - never had that before! Well done lads! The furniture is so lovely and well made - we are about to order another sofa and chair for the conservatory to replace the one purchased 27 years ago - from the Sofa Gallery - by my mother-in-law - and it's still in excellent condition - but we are so impressed with our new delivery we are updating! A great 5 - Star service - which is so rare these days - keep up the good work lads!
Absolutely thrilled with our sofa and chair which has just been delivered. The whole experience of purchasing has been such a pleasant, relaxing experience. Well what can I say from start to finish the service was amazing, we were kept in touch all through the process, Trevor & Ian were very professional, and the end product is perfect, thank you both so much. This is our second Purchase from them and would not dream of going anywhere else.

We have recently purchased a fabulous suite from the sofa gallery. We couldn’t be more satisfied! The personal service, quality, choice and customer service is outstanding. Trevor was approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and always available to discuss any queries we had. The furniture was delivered on the date and time agreed, by the nicest of gentlemen, who took care to handle everything with care. We will be highly recommending the sofa gallery to family and friends. If ever we need furniture in the future, we will look nowhere else. Thank you! We love it!
Absolute outstanding service from Trevor. We had two suites delivered both of different design for two different rooms and both were perfect. The suites were delivered a few weeks apart and on both occasions the delivery gentlemen were so careful. Cannot recommend the Sofa Gallery enough the attention to detail and the focus on customer service is just fantastic.
Recently purchased a grey sofa from Sofa Gallery, and I couldn't be happier! Not only is it a beautiful addition to our home, but it's also held up remarkably well with kids and cats around. Outstanding product quality paired with exceptional service. Highly recommended!
My 3 pce suite from Sofa Gallery is really lovely. Very pleased. Beautifully made and quick delivery as promised. Sales person was very helpful and not at all pushy. Delivery men were very polite and quickly installed the suite. I would definitely recommend this company.
