Excellent service, we were there shopping for two two seater settee's for the Mother in law and Rav, at the Cannock branch, was a great help with the decision making process. We found Rav to be knowledgeable thorough and professional and he also makes a damn fine cup of coffee to boot.

Ordered two sofas and carpets throughout the house. The carpet fitters came but left all of the mess, left dents/chips in the new skirting boards and marks on the bathroom floor too. The sofa delivery was nice and smooth though and the two guys took away all rubbish and assembled the sofas for me.

They have some nice items but the staff are way to pushy in wanting to make a sale, they follow you around, sit with you on the sofa, talk all the time, they wanted my phone number to keep me informed on a sofa i liked, when all I want is to look around try for comfort and make my own mind up, I went elsewhere and made a purchase where I wasn't stalked.

if ever you you request for your money back then please check if it has been deposited into your account .. lucky i checked cus although I have receipt for refund of £420,81 ,, I am yet to receive it currently '5 days later' still ongoing..................
