Excellent service. Even after a slight misunderstanding the matter was quickly sorted by Raj and Liz. The day before I received a text and email giving an ETA and the driver rang me on the day and was with me within half an hour. The settee was placed exactly as I wanted and all in a matter of minutes. Well done SCS.
The lady on the shop floor Liz was absolutely amazing. She told us everything that we needed to know and did her very best to get us the best discount that she could. She knew exactly what she was talking about from start to finish. Really lovely lady.
Brilliant experience at SCS in Cannock. Nigel I think that was his name been in the company 25 years and is a credit to it. Very knowledgeable not pushy and answered everything we needed. Even made my wife and her mother a cup of coffee whilst we decided on what we wanted. Raj the manager also gave us a solid discount and the sofa ended up being very affordable. Shame he's an arsenal fan though. Tried dfs and sofology and both were far to expensive with pushy sales people. Will 100% use SCS again, hopefully Nigel is still there in the future when we come to use again as he's our guy Good luck on the refit will be back to check it out as soon as it's done
Absolutely awful service had 6 days of from work for these to tell me there coming to fit the carpet but something always came up on the day very unprofessional, I only found out they wasn’t coming when I would call at 4/5pm to ask when they are coming as I had been waiting around all day. In the end I had to get a refund as they had lost me too much money, I woudnt recommend getting your carpets from this place, trinity carpets had me booked in within 4 days after placing the order with them but scs had me waiting 3 months in total

Went to the cannock store 3/2/24 and was greeted by a lovely lady, Cara , she was so polite both in personality and professional manner , she guided us through the whole adventure and the result was the purchase of the perfect sofa we wanted . Full credit to Cara she is a very helpful lady and a credit to the store
Confident professional and courteous at all times astounding knowledge of products shown to us really impressed not pushy explained everything we asked and more returning for more carpet and will ask for Cara our sales assistant delighted with her attitude patience and guidance
Cara is great, said what she needed to but wasn't too pushy about it like we'd experianced in other SCS stores. Purchased a sofa and a chair just because of her.
Went to look for leather sofa. They quite expensive especially lazboy range. Sofa range don't look modern. If you look for traditional style, they have lot. The carpet have such a huge range. They do sell table and bed too but not huge range once a couple. Staffs are helpful.
Really good, got a new sofa being made now just for me!
