Great service, so helpful! Georgia in particular was great! Nothing was too much trouble, lovely lady and a credit to the store! We will be back xxnWould like to add, we had an issue with the table top, not the stores fault at all, but Liz sorted this out for us. Again very pleased!
I love the way they have set out the shop now it's a lot better. I love most of the things in here and the prices are reasonable.
The shop and the products itself was impressive as a first time customer but my experience with the staff today was unfortunately horrible.nI bought a bed from the Telford store as they only had it in can the bed I required there so I was sent there to collect my bed. The staff in Telford went above and beyond to get and process my order and even assisted with handling the item etc. The store manager and a lad called Jordan were very very helpful and I’ve never had customer service as good as those two were.nThe only problem with my purchase is that the slacks were missing but I was told they had them in the Cannock store.nUpon arriving at the cannock store I was served by a nice young lady who told me I’d have to wait two weeks for my part…. I asked, why was I told that this bed and this part is available if it’s not and now I have to wait 2 weeks without slacks for my son’s new bed.nI was then interrupted by whom I’m guessing is the store manager photo attached who then yelled at me saying if I don’t like it then get out my store.nI asked her why is she shouting as I’m not and she created a scene having people looking and the whole situation became embarrassing and I became scared for my safety and began recording, she was still irritate yelling at me as I’m purchasing the order I have to wait 2 weeks for. I informed her that I’m recording and for my safety to which she said she doesn’t give me permission, I had to then inform her of the law and my civil rights, to which she swiftly toned it down. I exited the store and sat in my car furious at being treated like this by a shop I’ve just spent so much money with.nI had to go back in and refund my item aswell as look for a new bed and give away the one purchased as I felt it may come with bad karma for my son.nI can’t believe I was treated this way and will advise everyone to not shop at the cannock branch aslong as this women is there treating people the way she treated me. I will not be going back to these stores after how I was made to feel.nBelow is a picture of the staff member and my refund proof for the slacks. If anyone wants the bed it’s on the end of the road free to be picked up by anyone or the scrap men.
Some cool stuff in this store and nice items to buy.nnOrganisation of the store is a little odd if I'm honest...lots of display items on sale sold as seen.
A place that you just have to keep popping in to - the choice is constantly changing and the offers are really good.
