My 1st experience of this store was over in Spain where we have a holiday home, so I shop there regularly, I love, love, love this shop, it has many items that are totally different to other stores, fabulous. We recently returned from Spain with some items we bought back with us to the UK - not realising there was a shop here!! anyway, one of our items was damaged when we unpacked it here, so we took it to this store explaining, and they exchanged it with no questions asked. The staff here were friendly, helpful, and just like the staff in Spain, who had impeccable manners and customer service - fantastic, thank you.nOh, and as usual, we didn't leave without purchasing an item. Christmas is on the way, so we will be returning as this store, magical.
Great service, so helpful! Georgia in particular was great! Nothing was too much trouble, lovely lady and a credit to the store! We will be back xxnWould like to add, we had an issue with the table top, not the stores fault at all, but Liz sorted this out for us. Again very pleased!
I love the way they have set out the shop now it's a lot better. I love most of the things in here and the prices are reasonable.
Absolute awful customer service Cannock, Uk. Degraded and made to feel like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.nnWardrobe purchased collapsed due to the poor standard of product but it was solely blamed on the customer.nnStaff member told us a full refund would be given then the next day we was basically eye rolled out the shopnnDisgusting
The two ladies who served me were fantastic.nnCould not recommend the service any more.
