I had been looking for a small dining table and chairs for my living room . Did the usual thing by googling , this place kept coming up in the search yet I had never heard of it before in fact I thought it may be an online store . Clicked on the link and it said a store was in cannock and I already in Cannock looking in another store . So decided to check it out .we Walked in and was greeted by the friendly young man behind the till I Looked around and advised him what I was looking for i asked him if a particular table was available in a smaller size . He checked and it was , he went and collected them for us and within 10 minutes I’d chosen my table and chairs and was out of the store . I didnt get his name but customer service was brilliant . This store is very similar to IKEA which I hate . But the way the store is laid out it was a pleasure walking around it . I’d definately use this store again and I had a bargain with my purchase in the sale My table and chair look beautiful and good quality . Well pleased with my purchase ,
I love this store. Great items and at a very reasonable price. Two out of three items obtained.
Cannock is a bad example. I like Jysk and its products and Cannock is my local store, however the stock here is non existent. A new store refresh is no excuse, with a 2 week order wait on items is hardly attactive to the customer. Half a dozen pointless visits within the last 2 months. With none of the products I go there to buy ever being available. Don't see the point in going there again. This was my last time!
Item ordered couldn't be found. We were informed and choose a different item after getting this home parts were missing! The store team found the original item and offered a discount. So in the end it was sorted but time was wasted.
They've got nice stuff
First time shoped in the store some lovely items was very busy staff were very helpful and friendly we came away with garden table and chairs flat packed got it home fixed it up perfect would shop there again
Popped into the Cannock branch today to take advantage of the 60% off sale. The customer service I received from Lisa A was the best I have experienced anywhere for quite a while. Really helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Staff excellent polite Helpful. Only Went there as disappointed at Dunelm Cannock. ... But Very Glad i went to JYSK. Great offers. Danish version of Ikea...few items more expensive but. The treatment of Staff made up for that...Will be going Again......
A pretty darn good experience, to be honest. We ordered some garden furniture from here, luckily they had a sale on - so we managed to pick up some really good quality stuff for a fraction of the price you'd get it anywhere else for instance, a big, outdoor, corner sofa with high table was £500, you'd pay £1000+ anywhere else. Collection was brilliant. I was text twice and called once to say it had arrived. The girls were really pleasant, helpful and quick when when we went to pick it up. The only reason it hasn't scored 5 stars is when we originally came to order in the shop, the woman almost didn't seem to want to sell us anything. I was aware I'd have to wait probably weeks to collect, but was told: "you can't take it today" - yes, I know "I have no idea how long it'll be" - yes, I know "It could be several weeks" - yes, I know "Don't call in before 'this' date as it won't be here" - yes, I know I just wanted to order it! But overall, very good. Not built it all yet, but looked fine In store.
Ordered and paid for sofa and recliner chair on Saturday, was promised delivery for the Tuesday by casual mannered staff. Delivery never turned up and am still waiting. Calls not returned and blame laid on their third party delivery service. Totally frustrating!
