10/10 music 10/10 latte & drink selection Fish & chips packed flavor. The BBQ loaded fries were too tart maybe too much vinegar in the BBQ sauce?Food: 2/5
Stopped in for a pint after visiting the TARDIS. Friendly bar staff was helpful with recommendations. Good beer, board games available upstairs and the loo was clean.Service: 5/5
If you’re here to watch sport and drink then this place is for you but if you intend to eat also then best to pick somewhere else. The platter we ordered was over £22! The contents of which didn’t really match the menu description. Chicken wings - plain Nachos tiny portion with 0 cheese and about 2 small chunks of ‘bbq burnt end’ No onion rings so has fries instead which weren’t bad ‘Dips’ We had a clear imitation brown sauce probably daddy’s brand and wasn’t what we were ordering. We didn’t get garlic mayo this was clearly just mayo from a squeezy bottle And some hot honey which was nice but tasted a bit watery Basically just drink here, food is expensive for what is essentially microwave stuff
Had a few pints waiting for the rain to stop and it was a great time! Cold beer, super friendly staff and a great price for the pints. Would highly recommend!Service: 5/5
The food was quite bland. I ordered a chicken sub on sourdough. My bread was burnt and stale. The chips were quite oily and lacked any flavour all I could taste was oil. They forgot my boyfriend’s beans on his full English, sausages looked undercooked. Overall not good value for money.Food: 2/5
Decent prices, amazing food and excellent beer and spirit selection. The fish and chips was HUGE and it was so excellent. The pizza was average. Lots of locals. Fun decorations I am guessing for the King's Cornation. Would 100% recommend. Tons of seating and tv's for watching different events.
We had the calamari as a starter. Very good! My husband had the Angry Hash burger, and I had the cheese pizza with mushrooms. Our food was delicious, and the bartender/waitress was nice.Food: 5/5
Great traditional English food and drink and awesome service! Not sure why this place has under 4 stars because it's top notch! The fish and chips and steak and ale pie are the BEST! We even came back for breakfast and when the server found out how much I loved black pudding, she brought me extra!
We had lunch there. Place clean and feel comfy, good atmosphere. Food taste good. Friendly staff.Food: 5/5
One of the few pubs in the area that plays live premier league football and other sports! Was looking for a place to watch the PL finale and this place was great. Loads of room upstairs too and the burger and fries were a great way to drown out the football results sadness. I also spotted board games available too so a lovely place to chill with friends
