Today I got such a lovely Experience from 'The Practice Harehills Corner' before stepping into that was scary because of lots of negative reviews. But when I finally faced an appointment I felt relieved the receptionist was truly a gentleman and tried to help as much as he could in time of booking an appointment. After that the doctor was also very cooperative and kept patience to listen to my long medical history, though the appointment was 10.50am but called at 11.05 after getting overall service slightly late will be accepted I feel

The receptionist are the worst unprofessional people I've ever seen that exist in this earth . After this complain they cancelled my appointment.  And they have so called record tune in phone saying next time use Dr IQ . Which doesn't even work because after requesting a document it's been 3 months then when I've asked receptionist they said this app doesn't work . So why they have in their caller tune then .lol

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff showed complete disregard for professionalism. Despite being the first in the queue on the phone, I waited an absurd 30 minutes without anyone bothering to answer. The doctors, particularly Jamal, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

Phone lines haven't been working for the past two days. It's stuck on caller number 1 and no one picks up. I waited 20 minutes today. I couldn't book an appointment. This is appalling.

Every time I call I rarely get an answer. Being the 1st one in the queue but I still have to wait 30 minutes every time. I have never revised a call back. I also always call within opening hours but no one picks up the call.

Appalling staff. A very rude Asian man in the reception, the Asian woman and Black man are very kind though. The new doctors are terrible and have no empathy for their patients. The old doctors were much better. This surgery needs to be put under new management!

Terrible service. Awful receptionists. They can never get a repeat prescription right. If you book an appointment with a doctor, they have a nurse see you – who doesn't even get the diagnosis right! Their pharmacist is dangerous prescribing wrong medication. Awful practice. It should get shut down!

Absolutely disgusting practice. Receptionist are rude. Especially the crusty old receptionist who thinks the surgery belongs to her. Worst thing is, the practice manager tell people to call ahead with complaints yet nothing is ever resolved. She barely does anything. She should be investigated. Not sure why this place hasn't shut down. Wouldn't even give 1 star. Avoid if possible

I had called to reception for helping me to renew my exemption medical card for nhs. I had never requested for  online booking but they told me iam on online booking service and cut the call. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and doesn't know what is the solution for some crisis. They need to be disqualified for this profession and go for some other job.

This practice is unprofessional at best, dangerous at worse. Staff are unhelpful and either intentionally lie or are unept at their job. I have been prescribed medications that can kill when mixed. I've been asked to pick up and transport medications because, as I was told, 'they're very expensive', implying they didn't trust whatever delivery process this medical practice holds. Dismissive and rude staff, putting my medical care years behind.
