Had a couple of issues with my medications and practice manager Parveen Manku sorted them out immediately,apart from that I’ve been with this surgery for many years and they have always looked after me in a caring and correct manner.

The worst practice ever. The receptionists are extremely rude, they NEVER seem to have appointments and even if they do they make it extremely difficult to obtain one as if that not the whole  point of a GP... Avoid if possible!

Doctors nurses are really professional unfortunately the women at reception are really rude and disrespectful I still don’t know how they still have their jobs

Always been good for me, the doctor has been very supportive as has the nurse :-

The majority of the staff are Sikh relatives and friends of the practice manager. Nepotism comes to mind. No diversity. Unhelpful, rude staff.

I have no bad words for the nurses and doctors but my god the receptionists of this is place are disgrace, unprofessional, rude and every other bad that I can describe them. I am very generous to give this place one start.
