Had nothing but good experiences with this GP practice

I understand they have a large number of patients but very rude receptionist- and not a one off, 4/5 times I’ve had an awful experience. I’ve suffered for years from a skin condition but cause of the level of energy, time, hassle you need and rudeness to go through in order to get an appointment I’ve just always ignored the problem.

Some good doctors, Some gatekeeping ones. Awful, awful booking system
