Went there and bought a perfume bottle for over a 100€, only after getting home I realised they gave me a refill bottle and not a spray bottle, next day I was there just before opening, girl came up to the shop during opening hour, I walked up to her with clearly visible perfume shop bag, said hello, I'll need to exchange somethingI believe it's pretty indicative that I have something to do in the shop, she looked at me, looked at the bag, went in and closed the curtain again, waited half hourpast opening time and nothing, went home and next day came back again, only then I could exchange the bottle for a spray bottle, the biggest spray bottle was cheaper than the refill and of course I couldn't get a refund for the difference
Lovely ladies working here and full of banter. Service was great and gave advice on refills which work out cheaper. Nice to receive service like this where they are not trying to rip you off. Highly recommended.

Excellent Food! Big portions. Unfortunately our order got lost in cyberspace but the assistant manager rectified it immediately when I brought it to the staffs attention with no service to table after 30 mins. Apologised and gave me a voucher for my next visit. So a glitch in system order went into spam lol. Good customer service as mistakes happen.
The ladies in there are so helpful and patient. It took me quite a while to pick a fragrance one evening and they showed me many possibilities, I eventually made my decision on a perfume I would never have considered based on their recommendations, well done ladies, would definitely make me return in the future.
I love this shop the staff are very friendly and helpful and there's a great selection of fragrances for both men and women and even if you like to pamper yourself and the staff also gift wrap your gifts for you what more could you want
