Very poor customer service wouldn't swap a Christmas pair of bottoms with tags still on them for a bigger size manager was very ignorant won't be going there again
I asked the lady on the shop floor if the item came in different colours. She replied in a rude tone, saying that they only had what was on the shop floor. When I got to the checkout, the same lady greeted me and made me feel like a burden. When I handed her a 20 euro note with a bit of dirt on it, she shouted, "I'm not touching that!" and showed it to her colleague, who gave her a disapproving look as if to say, "Did you really just say that out loud?" She then showed the note to her manager, drawing the attention of the entire store to me and my note. Feeling embarrassed, I decided to leave without making a purchase. It's disappointing that this company would employ someone with such poor customer service skills. I've lost faith in this store and won't be returning.
Got beyond excellent customer service from a Manager called Kym about a purchase I had made which i needed help with. She was very pleasant and it is a very busy store so they are run off their feet. Thank you Kym
Extremely great service today from a female member of staff in Liffey valley. I needed to exchange an item, when they didn’t have it in store she went above and beyond and organised for it to be delivered to me instead. Thank you!

As a regular customer in Lifestyle Liffey Valley store I wish to commend Anna, staff member as an amazing master of her craft. Anna completes her tasks competently with commitment & enthusiasm. She demonstrates the ability to work under pressure & to plan & organize successfully to meet different customer needs. Her close attention to detail results in meticulous & accurate work. Her strong interpersonal & communication skills have allowed her to develop good working relationships with colleagues & customers. She has the ability to handle any queries & complaints with precise accuracy in a calm timely manner & attend many customer queries simultaneously. Anna is well presented, inobtrusive, courteous & kind. I would greatly appreciate it if you would highlight my observations to management & also to Anna.
Was treated appalling today by a female member of staff who refused to give me her name. I asked another member of staff who gave me her name. A full letter of complaint with be sent in. I’ll share the response on here if I even get one.
Lifestyle Sport you don't even deserve one star! I was, today, in Life Style Liffey Valley and needed advice on sizes of a tracksuit bottoms but was told by one of the shop assistants wearing a "here to help t shirt" that there was either small or medium sizes, I clearly had interrupted her chatting to a colleague. My son, who I was buying for is unable to shop due to his anxiety so I had to guess the size myself. I then chose a size and went to the checkout to pay where there was one till of three tills open and six other employees around the shop, either chatting to each other or doing something that could have waited until the queue, which was building up behind me was cleared. I left the item behind, walked out in disgust and went to Elverys where I got the very same item I had chosen in your store for €10 cheaper with a prompt and pleasant service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to your store and would advise that you employ people who are interested in working and not doing as little as possible. .
Some decent gear but very pricey though. Staff are useless, was in today Saturday afternoon busiest time of the week shop full of customers and none being approached staff are too busy gathered around chatting amongst themselves, I don't blame them, poor management is to blame...
