I understand this branch is in a busy spot but sometimes I don’t get the attitude of the staff. An Italian lady before me who doesn’t speak English ordered 3 cups of espresso then the cashier didn’t understand what she ordered. She gestured as 3 with fingers and said espresso, he didn’t get it and asked her if she wants 3shots in a cup of espresso. She pointed at her company2ppl standing over the counter and yet he asked same question again and again. It took 5-10minutes. Then when she left to pick up her coffee, he laughed at her with his colleague. Possibly it’s in touristic area, he experienced same thing every day. But it doesn’t mean that he could be mean. It wasn’t happened to me, maybe one day to me. Sadly, it doesn’t stop me going there as I have to be there once in a week. I give 3 star at Service, because normally the other staff are professional. He’s probably a new staff. Also, I order same thing whenever I visit Starbucksvarious branches, price varies. Because the cashier does “Cafe to Go” even though I stay at a cafe with a mug. I am not complaining about the price, about training system.

The atmosphere of the store is welcoming and comfortable. The space is spacious and bright, with modern decor. There is free Wi-Fi, which makes it a great place to work or study. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at the Starbucks in Dublin. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere.
I have been disappointed recently with Starbucksusually the one in Dundrum shopping centre but the coffee in this one was great! My daughter had their toasted croissant with ham and cheese and enjoyed.Food: 4/5

Well well, another decent size Starbucks cafe. It’s located in one of the main streets in Dublin town center, close to the Temple bar area. They have a huge indoor seating area with good social distancing and a small outdoor area, which is on the size street, the perfect location for the same. This Starbucks also has good spread of pastry’s, salads and sandwiches. Just for the record it’s immediate Neighbour is Costa & Subway. Recommended…!
Extremely convenient and quick service. I ordered a triple espresso and they served it up piping hot. Added plus is that they have a bathroom… Admittedly only one bathroom but there was no line so all is well
I have come here regularly since I was in college a few years ago. But lately, there is a tour bus company that is treating it like their private office. The buses can't stop, and I can't get coffee in the morning. I'll be reporting the bus company to the council, but hopefully Starbucks will come to their senses and stop the bus company from being a public nuisance
Standard Starbucks, nice and friendly service at the till, good coffee too! Muffin was dry hence marking down 1 star.Food: 4/5
It's a Starbucks, so it's fairly standard, but the staff are extremely nice and it's got a lot of seating for a busy area of the city. Wheelchair accessibility: Upstairs may be inaccessible but there's a lot of seating on the ground floor.
