Well, where shall I start? I am incredibly disappointed at the service of this practice, if it was possible I wouldn't even give it a star! I fail to understand how such massive errors could be made on a repeat prescription of HRT. I then wrote a complaint email addressed to the practice manager which the receptionist opened and I assume did not pass on as I still have heard nothing from the practice manager. However 7 years ago, when Dr Daz was still there the practice was amazing! It's such a shame that it has fallen to ruins, perhaps this is why I am so upset as I know what good service should be!

I had to press star I would have preferred 0, Never in my life have I experienced a surgery quite as bad as this one . My prescription was handed in on Monday ,Friday at the chemist nothing !!! I rang and the awful receptionist said it wasn't her job to take them to the chemist , we all know that,on Monday I asked for it to be handed to the young man that collects prescriptions , obviously to difficult to understand. This is the same person that refused to put me through to the GP when on a Friday morning I developed cellulitis a serious condition , antibiotics are important when this starts . The GP rang on Monday . I have spoken with my McMillan nurse , it's serious I should have called an ambulance . Wish I had now and explained the lack of care. I suffer from severe Lymphodea , and Diabetes I developed a lump under my food being diabetic thought best get this looked !! The GP sat in front of me and asked why my leg was swollen I was dumbstruck she didn't have a clue. I could go on , but things only get worse. My old GP whom I had attended for 35 yrs , she spotted my cancer even came to chat with my husband when he was dying without being called. The Old Surgery , has a lot to learn .

IVE BEEN FORCED TO LEAVE A STAR WHEN I DONT THINK THEY DESERVE ANY AT ALL. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE BOTH A JOKE. ALL THEY DO IS LAUGH AND JOKE ABOUT. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AS FOR THE GP ...... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I WAS TOLD TO GOOGLE MY PROBLEMS. SHE IS VERY RUDE. I CANT BELIEVE SHES ALOWED TO BE A GP. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE DIES. I HAD A BLOOD TEST ONCE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT OPERATION I WAS GOING TO HAVE AND THEY NEVER SENT IT TO THE HOSPITAL. THEN I HAD ANOTHER BLOOD TEST A FEW WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK FOR RESULTS WHICH I DID AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ALL CLEAR, THEN 3 WEEKS LATER I BOOKED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AS I WASNT FEELING WELL AND WAS TOLD I HAVE A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH MY CHOLESTEROL (THAT WAS FROM THE BLOOD TEST RESULTS THAT THEY SAID WAS ALL CLEAR) PLUS I SPOKE TO A LADY THAT WAS VERY ANGRY BECAUSE SHE SAID THEY LOST ALL HER FILES..... THIS PLACE HAS TO BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND GET RID OF DR V ND PATEL

Terrible Surgery. The doctor is very very rude. the Doctor does not listen to patients and is always trying to get rid of you quickly. The doctor never smiles and is always ignorant and never listens to your problem. Totally unreliable and waste of time. Unless they try to improve there behavior towards patients, they will have to close down soon. DO NOT GO HERE!

It is really sad that all the feedback has been delated here, as all of them were saying truth about Old Surgery. I've been a patient many times and always have been told "no" after asking for help. I was thinking it's maybe me who doesn't understand the procedures - but it actually doesn't exist at all in this Surgery. My last situation in Old Surgery: Yesterday I've booked an appointment to see doctor as I had abdom pain since 2 days and even painkillers didn't help at all...Overall, what I've been told is that they cannot help me and I need to wait 2-3 months for specialist and I can come back if the pain and symptoms will get worst - what I did today. I called Surgery to ask for an appointment. It was 8.37am - what I experienced before is "we are not gonna see you if you won't come between 8.30-9am to book an appointment and today I've been told everything is booked and it's only walking in, and therefore, I did so. I went straight away after call to Sugery as I live near, I've been told everything is booked ??????? And the time which took me to get there is 5 mins. After all experience I passed in Old Surgery I won't show up there anymore as there is no respect to human and no carring about their own patients health.
