Specsavers Opticians London - Wood Green

I have been going to Specsavers Wood Green branch my entire life. Needless to say I have never needed to switch to another optician because the service I have received for the past 10+ decades has always been of a very high quality. The range of frames are varied and the quality of glasses is great. Most importantly, the staff are extremely helpful, amiable and attentive which is paramount in terms of customer service. The adverts are true (and if you haven't already) 'You should've gone to Specsavers.'

The staff led by the manager Nil were magnificent. The eye test is top of the range and matched by the new IT innovations. Spec savers should be shouting from the roof. Well done and thank you. Dave

I visited this specsavers and was served by a lovely young lady that took me through my journey on getting my first pair of glasses. The store manager helped me through the process on choosing and fitting my glasses I got a first class service.

Terrible experience! In November I went in for a new pair of glasses, and even though they promised to cut my lenses to the exact shape I wanted it took over three months to do something as simple as that. I went in on a weekly basis from November to February and every week they dragged me in, something went wrong. First, they forgot to order reactions lenses, then they cut them to a completely wrong shape and when they finally got the shape right, the perscription was so wrong I couldn't see at a distance or in the dark. They had the nerver to not refund me for the eye test, even though their measurements was completely wrong. Stay away!

I was in this specsavers couple of weeks ago and i must say my experience there was lovely.The staff was really helpful and caring, they explained me everything step by step.I was particularly surprised in how quick everything was done.I want to say a huge thank you to the the entire staff but especially to Zack that was very patient and framed styled me!
