Very calm and professional receptionist. He find me a spot at the same day!!.My doctor very polite, professional and careful about my symptoms. She visited very careful and gave me a proper prescription medicine. The new site is very calm and pleasant to go. A good NHS Surgery GP service.

I have had this GP for two years and I can only say thank you very much for the fast and professional this GP treats his patients and also thank you for the good work that the whole team does too. Many thanks again to Yasmin, who took care of me this morning and treated me with kindness, car, eprofessionality but above all I also saw humanity. Thanks so much again to all for what you do.

My GP was amazing. I threw numerous concerns are her and she navigated and addressed each one perfectly. I'm beyond grateful to her and the surgery for being so helpful. The receptionists were also fantastically helpful. BRAVA!!

This was my first time visiting the surgery since they moved. I was treated by Dr Arshad. The service he gave me was Brilliant. Me and my family are blessed to be registered in this surgery. Saira Ahmed the HCA is always there to help when it's emergency. She is so caring and generous with patience at all times. Thank you 10/10 one of the best GP Surgery in our area who always goes far and beyond to help and support patients with medical, personal and mental issues. Miss Winter, Miss Kumas and Dr Arshad have all been extremely kind, helpful and professional when I've attended the surgery to see them. I've not had any difficulty booking appointments by phone and have been impressed by the speed with which I'm seen. Grateful for such a well-run surgery.

I am with this surgery for more than 22 years, and I never had any problems with anyone. The staff, including the nurses, doctors, receptionists and all the others, are very professional, kind and helpful. I have to mention family of Dr Akunjee, and also Dr Naveid Arshad because they are one of the best doctors in the world. They are always discrete, insightful and takes hospitable care of their patients. They are all held in the uttermost respect, and I fully entrust their knowledge. Today I been consulted by Doctor Yasmin. I would like to recommend and many thanks for her service. Very kind, polite, caring of her patients. She understood my issues and refer me to the right department.

Excellent service. Following a call to the surgery with some concerns, the receptionist handled things well. She arranged an appointment with Dr. Arshad. I was very satisfied with the consultation I had with Dr Arshad. He explained well and was caring, showing that he understood the issue and was able to advise on next steps. I received helpful answers to my queries.

We were very pleased with the treatment received by Dr Arshad. We were able to get a same-day emergency appointment. Dr Arshad was very attentive, allowed enough time to listen to the description of symptoms, answered our questions, examined baby and gave us prescriptions. Thank you for your care.

poor customer service and internal organising, islamophobic front of house staff Several instances of misinformation from reception staff, follow up appointments have had to be made with a doctor to chase up a referral, I've also had to go in person to enquire to no avail. Despite the doctor apologising on behalf of the reception team I have continued to receive no response. Reception cannot confirm where I've been referred yet assure me that I am on a waiting list This practice has turned a 3-4 month waiting time into more than a year as I am now at square one having to start my referral again upon discovering that the original one was not completed. This is after 5 months of patiently waiting and being misled by reception staff and enquiring myself everywhere I might possibly have been referred to. Both doctors I met with were kind and efficient Dr Noor who has unfortunately left and Dr Hussein. I can only conclude that it is the reception and admin staff who have continually made errors and provided poor customer service Having been forced to drop into the practice in person to chase the request yet again today I was met with one such surly and rude receptionist Lea. Her attitude and looks up and down of disgust began after asking for my name of which the surname is of Islamic origin. Luckily her colleague was present to take over as Lea was stubbornly refusing to come up with alternative solutions to help when there were options available to her colleague. Her tone of voice and body language conveyed an attitude which has no place in front of house nor a doctors surgery A standard in customer service needs to be established as the majorty of reception and admin staff let's the rest of their team down. As noted the doctors couldn't be faulted and one receptionist Sotiria has been consistently polite and helpful upon my visits. Despite this I left feeling awful at the way I was treated by Lea today. I will be making a formal complaint to the local authority and local ombudsmen as I don't have faith that the practice will deal with any further complaints internally I would advise prospective patients to save their energy and register elsewhere. Note how the multiple negative reviews about reception here have been responded to with no admition of fault by the practice nor apologies made. Blame is instead deflected onto patients who have already had a terrible experience trying to obtain services. No surgery is perfect all of the time, especially during what the NHS is suffering at present. I am of the opinion, based on my own experiences, that there is a culture of covering up poor practice rather than seeking solutions
