Horrible surgery!! I've repeatedly had terrible experiences here. On several occasions I've had to wait 20 - 25 minutes to be seen even with an appointment booked before hand. The receptionists & nurses are SO rude, unsympathetic & unhelpful; they do not take any complaints or worries seriously and tell patience to "stop blaming" them rather than listening to patients. They also cancel appointments, which is very inconvenient. I'm very angry and upset with my experiences here, this surgery is absolutely horrible, terrible; an absolute MESS!!!!

The amount of rudeness of the nurses here is unreal. I have only requested an appointment here for the 4th time in 8 years living in the area and have a throat infection. I was looking to get a fit note from the gp as I have been off from work for 8 days. As a tax payer I feel horrified and disgusted by the treatment I got. No appt given, rude nurse kept interrupting me and no care or professionalism given. Absolutely disgusted. Worse than a 3rd world country. Be warned that nurses there are an absolute joke.

I have found all staff to be friendly and understanding. The environment is clean and safe. The only reason I'm not giving Tyne place 5 stars is that it often it is difficult to arrange an appointment within 2 weeks of requesting it.

Great service - doctors and receptionists are there to help. Better than other GPs in the area.

Inexperience doctors needs reviewing, check doctors status. Medicine distribution from doctors that can cause bad side effects.
