I would give this surgery a 0 if I could. The surgery was good when the original doctor Norris was still there, since partnered with Dr Chakraborty it has gone downhill. He is rude and just wants to be paid, can clearly see he hates his job. The nurse with the short brown hair is a disaster. Does not know what she is doing and be littles you. Avoid and go else where!!!

Great experience here. Registered in no time, friendly staff, receptionists and nurses.
Correct waiting time for an appointment (not urgent)

They go above and beyond for you. Yes, it does take a while to get an appointment around flu season but everything else - highly recommend. Incredibly kind staff, both Admin and medical.
