We booked for Sunday dinner. The table they had put us in as still being used do they moved us to another table. Unfortunately it was where a couple of families with children were. The children were not being watched and were noisy and quite distributive.nHowever the service was excellent and I think of the best Sunday dinners we’ve had out for quite awhile. It was great that we could take our dog with us too.

Lovely country style pub...log fires, good music, cosy feel.nBig portions, fresh food. Been a few times now. Highly recommend.

We came to the pub after a lovely walk on a very cold day. The fire was on and gave the pub a real cosy feeling. Staff friendly and the food and beer were excellent.
